All orders are prepared and dispatched from our warehouse in Socuéllamos (Ciudad Real), Spain.
Estimated delivery times
- Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.
- Mainland Spain: 24-72 working hours.
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: please ask about times, costs and applicable taxes.
- Portugal and France: 3-5 working days.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping: 4.95 € (VAT included). Free shipping on orders over 60 €.
Tracking
We will e-mail you the tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Bladed items
Knives are packed safely and protected. Delivery may require the signature of a person aged 18 or over.
