This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of this website, as well as the liabilities arising from such use. Accessing the site grants user status and implies acceptance of these terms from the moment of access.

Users undertake to make diligent and lawful use of the website and its contents, refraining from using them for purposes contrary to the law, morality, public order or the rights of third parties, and from introducing or distributing content that may damage the computer systems of the owner or of third parties.
4. Sales restricted to adults
The products offered in this store include bladed items. Their sale is restricted to persons over 18 years of age. By placing an order, the user declares that they are of legal age and have legal capacity to contract. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel any order that breaches the applicable rules, in particular the Spanish Weapons Regulation approved by Royal Decree 137/1993 of 29 January. Prohibited weapons are not sold, nor items whose possession or transport requires a licence or permit that cannot be evidenced.
5. Responsible use of the products
Knives, folding knives and cutting tools are working implements that may cause injury if used improperly. The owner accepts no liability for the use the customer makes of the products purchased, which must at all times comply with the legislation in force on the possession and transport of bladed weapons.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
All the contents of the website (texts, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, software, trade names and trademarks) belong to the site owner or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express written authorisation is prohibited.

The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or the absence of errors in its contents, although reasonable measures will be taken to avoid, correct or update them. This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, and unless consumer legislation establishes another venue, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile.
