General terms and conditions of sale
1. Seller identification
Cuchillos.eu, tax ID (CIF) B13309356, registered at C/ La Mancha, 6 – 13630 Socuéllamos (Ciudad Real), Spain, e-mail info@cuchillos.eu.
2. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the products offered in this store to consumers and users.
3. Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in euros and include the applicable Spanish VAT (21% as a general rule). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
4. Purchase process
After confirming your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The contract is deemed concluded upon that confirmation.

6. Shipping
See delivery times and costs on the shipping page. The maximum delivery time will not exceed 30 calendar days from order confirmation.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without justification, under Spanish RDL 1/2007. Personalised or custom-sharpened products are excluded. Return costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty.
8. Legal warranty
Products carry the 3-year legal conformity warranty provided for in Spanish RDL 7/2021. Wear of the cutting edge through normal use is not considered a defect.
9. Sale of bladed items
The sale of knives and bladed items is restricted to persons over 18. By placing an order you declare that you are of legal age. We reserve the right to request proof and to cancel orders that breach the applicable rules (Spanish Weapons Regulation, RD 137/1993). Prohibited weapons are not sold.
10. Complaints and dispute resolution
You may address your complaints to info@cuchillos.eu. You may also turn to public consumer bodies or to the relevant Consumer Arbitration Board, as well as to the accredited alternative dispute resolution entities provided for in Spanish Act 7/2017.
